Qualifikationen

• At least 18 years old with preferred 2 years supervisory experience in deli/food service
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays
• Strong written and verbal communication and ability to take/give direction
• Outgoing, friendly demeanor with customer interaction skills
• Proven leadership ability to motivate and maintain staff while understanding reports and goals
• Food Safety certification and compliance with safety, sanitation, and regulatory standards
• Able to prioritize and handle multiple tasks; capable of lifting up to 70 lbs and standing for long periods
• Willingness to perform other duties as assigned

• Assist the Deli Manager in managing and merchandising the department for productivity
• Oversee ordering, inventory controls, product quality, and Deli team supervision
• Coordinate production, merchandising, and sales through planning and direction
• Lead efforts to deliver high-quality products and exceptional customer service
• Assist in hiring, training, and developing the Deli team
• Unload deliveries and maintain deli equipment
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation guidelines
