• Prefer 2 years supervisory experience in deli or related food service.
• Able to work nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Deli Manager in merchandising the department for productivity and profit.
• Oversee ordering, inventory controls, product quality and deli staff supervision.
• Coordinate production, merchandising, and sales through planning, direction and teamwork.
• Help hire, train and develop the Deli team.
• Unload deliveries and maintain deli equipment; ensure health and sanitation standards.
