Global Partners LP is seeking a Food Service Supervisor/Deli Lead to direct the deli and food service department in a fast-paced retail environment. You will manage staff, schedule, and guest service to achieve department goals.

The role requires at least 2 years in a fresh foods environment, weekend flexibility, and Serv-Safe certification is preferred. Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods is expected. Competitive hourly pay.

Qualificações

• High School Diploma or Equivalent required.
• 2 years experience in a fresh foods environment, preferably in a managerial role.
• Serv-Safe certification preferred.
• Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds occasionally.

Responsabilidades

• Direct department personnel to meet goals and communicate with store management.
• Schedule all team members and onboard new hires.
• Oversee deli/food service preparation, merchandising, and safety/compliance.
