Job summary

Global Partners LP is seeking a Food Service Supervisor/ Deli Lead to direct the deli and food service department, ensuring sales, guest satisfaction and proper merchandising. Responsibilities include staffing, coaching, scheduling and maintaining product quality and safety across service areas.

The role requires at least 2 years in fresh foods, weekend/holiday flexibility, reliable transport, and may involve lifting up to 25 pounds; Serv-Safe certification is preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent required.
• 2 years prior experience in a fresh foods environment, preferably in a managerial role.
• Serv-Safe certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Direct department personnel and supervise deli/food service operations.
• Schedule, onboard and coach new team members.
• Ensure safety, sanitation and compliance with policies.
