Job summary

Global Partners LP is seeking a Food Service Supervisor/Deli Lead to direct the deli and food service department and its staff, achieving merchandising, sales, and guest service goals. The role involves coaching, scheduling, and ensuring quality and safety across all items.

The position requires a high school diploma or equivalent, 18+ years old, Serv-Safe preferred, and flexibility for weekend/evening shifts. Candidates should have 2 years in a fresh foods environment, with reliable transport.

Qualifications

• 2 years of prior experience in a fresh foods environment, preferably in a managerial role.
• Must have reliable transportation and an active driver's license.
• Serv-Safe certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Direct department personnel, meeting department goals and objectives.
• On-board and coach new team members.
• Schedule all team members.
• Take guest orders and ensure completion to guest satisfaction.
• Oversee deli/food service preparation, merchandising and stock levels.
• Ensure safety and sanitation guidelines are followed.
• Process cash register transactions and maintain pricing accuracy.
• Rotate products and manage inventory counts.
• Complete paperwork accurately and timely.
