Global Partners LP is seeking a Food Service Supervisor/ Deli Lead to direct the deli and food service department, supervise staff, and achieve merchandising, sales and guest service goals. The role involves overseeing all aspects of daily operations, training new team members, scheduling, and ensuring food safety compliance in a fast-paced environment.

The position requires at least 2 years in a fresh foods setting, strong leadership, and a ServSafe certification preferred.

Qualifikationen

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• 2 years prior experience in a fresh foods environment preferably in managerial role.
• ServSafe certification preferred.
• Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds occasionally.

Aufgaben

• Direct department personnel, meeting department's goals and objectives, communicating with store management and department supervisors.
• Scheduling all team members.
• Take guest orders and ensure satisfaction; provide product information and sampling.
• Oversee deli/food service items preparation and merchandising following guidelines.
• Process cash transactions and manage pricing accuracy.
