Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or its equivalent is required.
• 2-3 years of related retail experience.
• One year of management experience.
• Rotational assignments in other store areas are encouraged.
• Strong communication and conflict resolution skills.
• Ability to analyze financial and sales data to guide decisions.
• Ability to mentor hourly staff and SDITs.

Responsibilities

• Staffing, selection and hiring to meet staffing needs.
• Promotes career development and advancement paths.
• Document and apply disciplinary actions and decisions.
• Manage P&L, sales, and shrink for the department.
• Provide exceptional customer service and maintain store standards.
• Ensure training is completed for all team members.
• Maintain safe work environment and consistent attendance.
