Meijer is seeking a store leadership role to plan, direct, and supervise day-to-day operations across departments. You will mentor staff, manage staffing and hiring, and drive sales while maintaining store standards and customer satisfaction.

The position emphasizes leadership, coaching, and accountability for P&L and shrink, with a focus on safety and exceptional service during peak hours. Prior retail management experience is valued.

Qualificações

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 2-3 years of related retail experience.
• One year of management experience.
• Rotational assignments in other areas of the store such as meat, bakery, produce and deli; customer service and product flow experience is helpful.
• Demonstrated ability to communicate clearly to team members and resolve conflicts.
• Ability to analyze financial and statistical information to make informed decisions.

Responsabilidades

• Plan, direct, and supervise day-to-day operations within store departments.
• Mentor and coach team members to meet customer service and sales goals.
• Handle staffing, hiring, and disciplinary actions as needed.
• Oversee P&L, achieve sales targets, and manage shrink for the department.
• Ensure training completion and adherence to Meijer standards.
• Maintain a safe, courteous, and efficient store environment.
