Responsibilities

• Manage the Deli Bakery HMS Department in the absence of the Deli Manager and supervise HMS Associates.
• Oversee daily labor management and coach associates to meet productivity goals.
• Provide leadership to promote the brand culture and customer service excellence.
• Support achievement of budgeted financial and operating results.
• Ensure department appearance, safety, quality and sanitation are maintained.
• Comply with policies, safety regulations, and company guidelines.
