Qualifications

National Registry of Food Safety Professionals or equivalent accreditation required within 90 days.

Responsibilities

Manage the Deli Bakery HMS Department in the absence of the Deli Manager, supervising duties and responsibilities of HMS Associates.
Daily management of labor and coaching associates to meet productivity expectations.
Provide leadership to promote a culture reflecting the Brand Strategy and Culture.
Support achievement of budgeted financial and operating results.
Ensure department appearance, food safety, and sanitation are maintained.
Adhere to company guidelines, policies, and standard practices.
