Qualifications

• Ability and willingness to learn multiple tasks and technical requirements of the job.
• Must be accredited by the National Registry of Food Safety Professionals or similar accrediting organization as a "Certified Food Safety Manager" or achieve accreditation within 90 days.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the Deli Bakery HMS department in the absence of the Deli Manager.
• Daily management of labor and coaching of associates to achieve productivity.
• Provide leadership and motivation aligned with Brand Strategy and Culture.
• Support the achievement of budgeted financial and operating results.
• Ensure a positive shopping experience with fast, friendly customer service.
• Adhere to company guidelines, policies and standard practices; maintain safety.
