Job summary

Food Lion is seeking a dedicated supervisor to support the Deli Bakery HMS Department. You will lead the team in the absence of the Deli Manager, manage labor, and ensure excellent customer service and safety standards.

You will monitor operations to meet budgeted goals, maintain department presentation, and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations while delivering a positive shopping experience for customers.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma preferred.
