• Deliver fast, friendly customer service and create a positive shopping experience.
• Model outstanding customer service and use product knowledge to meet customer expectations.
• Control department expenses through ordering, supply care, and equipment upkeep.
• Maintain appearance, safety, sanitation, and adherence to policies and guidelines.
• Ensure schedules support exceptional service and are written to cover shifts.
