Food Lion is seeking a Deli Bakery HMS Supervisor to support store operations in Sterling, VA. You will lead the Deli Bakery HMS team, manage daily labor and coaching, and ensure extraordinary customer service while maintaining product quality and store standards.

Qualifications

• Must be able to lead and manage a team.
• Strong understanding of store operations and merchandising techniques.
• Effective communication, customer service, and selling skills.
• Willing to attend company-provided training to achieve Food Safety Manager accreditation within 90 days.

Responsabilités

• Manage the Deli Bakery HMS Department in the absence of the Deli Manager and supervise associates.
• Oversee daily labor and coaching to meet productivity targets.
• Promote a positive store culture aligned with Food Lion brand.
• Assist in achieving budgeted financial and operating results.
• Maintain excellent customer service and respond to shopper needs.
