Qualifications

Responsibilities

Manage the Deli Bakery HMS Department in the absence of the Deli Manager and supervise department duties.
Oversee daily labor management and coach associates for productivity.
Provide leadership to promote a culture aligned with Brand Strategy and Culture.
Support achievement of budgeted financial and operating results.
Maintain customer-focused service and a positive shopping experience.
