Responsibilities

• Manage the Deli Bakery HMS Department in the absence of the Deli Manager and supervise HMS Associates.
• Oversee daily labor, coach associates to meet productivity expectations.
• Provide leadership to promote Food Lion's brand culture.
• Support achievement of budgeted financial and operating results.
• Deliver friendly, efficient customer service and create a positive shopping experience.
• Ensure department is well-presented, safe, and compliant with policies and regulations.
