Qualifications

• Must be accredited as Food Safety Manager or obtain within 90 days of employment; accreditation must be maintained.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the Deli Bakery HMS Department in the absence of the Deli Manager.
• Manage daily labor and coach associates to meet productivity expectations.
• Provide leadership to promote a positive store culture aligned with Food Lion strategy.
• Support achievement of budgeted financial and operating results.
• Ensure safety, sanitation, and proper handling of products, according to policies.
