Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Manage the Deli Bakery HMS Department in the absence of the Deli Manager, supervising duties and responsibilities of HMS Associates.
• Daily management of labor and coaching of associates to achieve productivity.
• Provide leadership and motivate store team to reflect Brand Strategy and Culture.
• Support achievement of budgeted financial and operating results.
• Offer exceptional customer service and use product knowledge to meet customer expectations.
• Control store expenses through ordering, care for supplies, and equipment.
• Understand and use company tools and reports including scheduling, productivity, CAO, and ACIS.
• Ensure department appearance, safety, quality, and sanitation standards are maintained.
• Write Deli Bakery HMS schedules to provide exceptional service.
• Ensure proper ordering, receiving, preparation, and display of merchandise.
