Responsibilities

• Manage the Deli Bakery HMS Department in the absence of the Deli Manager, supervising the HMS Associate duties.
• Daily labor management and coaching to meet productivity expectations.
• Provide leadership and motivation to promote our Brand Strategy and Culture.
• Support achievement of budgeted financial and operating results.
• Maintain a positive customer-focused store environment and service quality.
