Qualifications

• Must meet minimum age requirements to perform specific job function.
• National Registry of Food Safety Professionals accreditation or training plan within 90 days of employment.

Responsibilities

• Manage the Deli Bakery HMS Department in the absence of the Deli Manager and supervise Deli Bakery HMS Associates.
• Daily management of labor and coaching to achieve productivity.
• Provide leadership to promote a culture aligned with Brand Strategy and Culture.
• Support achievement of budgeted financial and operating results.
• Maintain a positive shopping experience with fast, friendly customer service.
