Job summary

Silvus Technologies, a subsidiary of Motorola Solutions, seeks a Business Development Engineer to bridge RF capabilities with USSOCOM requirements. You will support engineering, field trials, and demonstrations across multi-domain environments, with travel to customer sites and labs. A SECRET clearance is required and U.S.

citizenship is mandatory. The role emphasizes developing technical roadmaps, engaging with stakeholders, and translating field feedback into roadmap inputs.

Qualifications

• Exposure to SDRs, IP-based routing protocols, or tactical communication systems.
• Basic familiarity with RF test equipment such as spectrum analyzers and signal generators.

Responsibilities

• Assist in analyzing USSOCOM capability gaps and SOF-peculiar communications requirements.
• Support network configuration, field trials, modernizations, and user evaluations.
• Collaborate with Engineering and Business Development to verify proposed architectures.
• Maintain alignment with Business Development to support technical needs and priorities.
• Assist in presenting technical demos for low-signature, resilient edge networks for USSOCOM.
• Contribute input for RFI/RFP responses.
