Motorola Solutions is seeking a Business Development Engineer for the US Marine Corps to bridge RF capabilities with customer requirements. In this role, you’ll collaborate with Engineering and BD teams to demonstrate StreamCaster MANET radios and map operational needs to technical solutions.

You will travel up to 50% for field trials and customer engagements, with remote work options dependent on location. A security clearance or the ability to obtain one within 15 months is required.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Computer Engineering or related C5ISR field with 2–5 years of relevant experience, or HS diploma with 5+ years in defense tech.
• Experience with SDRs, IP routing protocols, or tactical comms is preferred.
• Security clearance: Government SECRET or ability to obtain within 15 months.
