Silvus Technologies, a Motorola Solutions subsidiary, seeks a Business Development Engineer for the US Marine Corps to bridge RF capabilities with Marine Corps requirements. You will collaborate with Applications Engineering and Business Development teams to demonstrate interoperability of our StreamCaster MANET radios across expeditionary, littoral, ground, airborne, and unmanned environments.

Up to 50% travel with a remote option depending on location.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in EE/CE/CS or C5ISR field with 2–5 years in systems engineering or defense tech.
• Experience with Software-Defined Radios (SDRs), IP-based routing, or tactical communications.
• Familiarity with RF test equipment (spectrum analyzers, signal generators).
• Active U.S. Government SECRET clearance or ability to obtain within 15 months.
• Must be a U.S. Citizen due to government contracts.
• Background check and drug test required.

Mansioni

• Analyze USMC priorities and map requirements to radio solutions.
• Plan networks, configure and run field trials and evaluations.
• Collaborate with Eng and BD to benchmark architectures.
• Support BD in technical needs and align with strategic priorities.
• Develop technical demos for expeditionary networks.
• Engage with MARCORSYSCOM, MCWL, PEO Land Systems, and naval centers.
