Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, CS, or related field with 2–5 years in systems engineering, defense tech; OR HS diploma with 5+ years.
• Exposure to SDRs, IP routing, or tactical comms.
• Familiar with RF test equipment like spectrum analyzers and signal generators.
• Active U.S. Government SECRET clearance or ability to obtain within 15 months of hire.
• Must be a U.S. Citizen due to clients under U.S. government contracts.
• Background check and drug test clearance required.

Responsibilities

• Analyze USMC priorities and map requirements to RF solutions.
• Support field tests, modernizations, and user evaluations.
• Collaborate to verify architectures are technically sound.
• Align with Business Development on technical needs and priorities.
• Build and present technical demos for expeditionary networking needs.
• Assist in drafting RFIs/RFP responses.
• Conduct market research for partner integrations and end-to-end networks.
• Engage with MARCORSYSCOM and MCWL stakeholders as needed.
• Capture field feedback to drive roadmap inputs and progress tracking.
• Travel up to 50% for field tests and customer sites.
