Silvus Technologies, a subsidiary of Motorola Solutions, seeks a Business Development Engineer to bridge RF capabilities with USSOCOM requirements and evolving trends. You will support field trials, demonstrations, and customer engagements across multi-domain environments, with travel up to 50% and a remote-work option depending on location.

Reporting to the Director of Applications Engineering, you’ll collaborate with Engineering and BD teams, assist in RFI/RFP responses, and translate field

Qualifications

• Degree in Electrical/Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Network Engineering or related C5ISR field with 2–5 years experience; or HS diploma with 5+ years relevant technical experience.
• Active U.S. Government SECRET clearance or ability to obtain one within 15 months.
• Must be a U.S. Citizen.
• Background check and drug test required.

Responsabilités

• Analyze USSOCOM capability gaps and map needs to tactical radio solutions.
• Plan networks, configurations, and live field trials.
• Collaborate with the Applications Engineering and BD teams to meet strategic priorities.
• Build and present technical demos for low-signature, resilient, tactical edge needs.
• Support RFI/RFP responses with technical input.
• Research industry integrations and test end-to-end network architectures.
• Engage with USSOCOM stakeholders and component commands during execution.
