RTX's Test Solutions Engineering team in Tucson is seeking a software engineer to design, code, and integrate OO software and test tools for mission-critical defense systems. You will develop applications interfacing with state-of-the-art hardware across the lifecycle, from lab demos to production testing, collaborating with multiple engineering disciplines.

You will work within Agile and Waterfall lifecycles, participate in design reviews, and apply strong problem-solving skills to ensure test

Qualifications

• Advanced STEM degree required by start date.
• Experience developing, testing, or integrating software in multiple languages.
• Experience for Windows apps using Visual Studio IDE.

Responsabilités

• Design, code, and integrate OO software and test apps for Windows.
• Derive system requirements, specs and architecture.
• Troubleshoot and optimize for test accuracy and reliability.
• Collaborate with systems/electrical/mechanical engineers to integrate tooling.
• Participate in design reviews and code peer reviews.
• Apply Agile and Waterfall lifecycles in development.
