RTX in Tucson, AZ is seeking a Test Solutions Software Engineer to design, code, and integrate software for mission-critical defense systems. You will build software tools that interface with engineering hardware across the lifecycle, from lab demos to production testing.

Collaborate with systems, electrical, and mechanical engineers in an Agile/Waterfall environment; require advanced STEM degree and experience with C, C++, Python, and Windows Visual Studio. U.S.

Qualificações

• Advanced STEM degree by start date.
• Experience developing, testing, or integrating software in one or more languages (C/C++, C#, Python, VB/.NET).
• Experience on Windows using Visual Studio IDE.

Responsabilidades

• Design, code, and integrate OO software applications and test software for Windows.
• Develop system-level software requirements, specifications, and architectures.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize software for test accuracy and reliability.
• Collaborate with systems, electrical, and mechanical engineers to integrate software with hardware instruments.
• Participate in design reviews, code reviews, and defect resolution.
• Work within Agile and Waterfall lifecycles.
