Qualifications

• Advanced STEM degree required, degree must be obtained by start date.
• Experience developing, testing, or integrating software applications using one or more programming languages.
• Experience developing, building, and debugging software applications targeting Windows using Visual Studio IDE.
• Experience may be obtained through on-the-job experience, research, coursework, or projects.

Responsibilities

• Design, code, and integrate object-oriented software applications and test software targeting Windows operating platforms.
• Develop and derive system-level software requirements, operational specifications, and architectural designs.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize software applications for test accuracy and reliability.
• Collaborate with systems, electrical, and mechanical engineers to integrate software test tools with hardware instrumentation.
• Participate in design reviews, code peer reviews, and technical defect resolution.
• Work within Agile and Waterfall lifecycles.
