RTX’s Test Solutions Engineering team within the Hardware Discipline Center is seeking talented software engineers to design and build applications and test environments for defense systems. You will develop software that interfaces with state-of-the-art hardware across the lifecycle, from labs to production testing.

Competenze

• Advanced degree in STEM obtained by start date.
• Experience developing, testing, or integrating software in C, C++, C#, Python, or VB/.NET.
• Experience developing Windows applications using Visual Studio IDE.
• Experience may be obtained through on-the-job experience, coursework, or projects.

Mansioni

• Design, code, and integrate object-oriented software applications and test software for Windows platforms.
• Develop and derive system-level software requirements, specifications, and designs.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize software for accuracy and reliability.
• Collaborate with systems, electrical, and mechanical engineers to integrate software with hardware instrumentation.
• Participate in design reviews, code reviews, and defect resolution.
• Work within Agile and Waterfall development lifecycles.
