Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, national security, international relations, or another applicable field.
• Two–three years of experience in business development, capture management, program management, or defense.
• Ability to build relationships with government customers and partners.

Responsibilities

• Develop growth strategies and opportunity pipelines for CAE USA Defense & Security.
• Identify, qualify, and advance new business opportunities.
• Collaborate with capture, program, engineering, strategy, finance, contracts, and other teams.
• Prepare business cases, opportunity briefings, and customer assessments.
