CAE USA is seeking a Business Development Manager II to support growth within the Defense and Security Military Training and Simulation sector. The role involves cultivating customer relationships, analyzing market conditions, and shaping solutions aligned with customer priorities.

You will collaborate with capture, program, engineering, strategy, and contracts teams to develop growth strategies, customer engagement plans, and competitive positioning.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, national security, international relations, or another applicable field.
• 2–3 years minimum of relevant experience in business development, capture management, program management, military operations, government acquisition, or defense industry.
• Ability to translate customer missions and requirements into actionable growth strategies.
• U.S. citizenship required due to DoD contract requirements.

Responsabilités

• Develops and executes business development plans within an assigned customer/military portfolio.
• Identifies, qualifies, and advances opportunities aligned with CAE's growth objectives.
• Maintains relationships with government customers, military leaders, and industry partners.
• Collaborates with capture, proposal, engineering, and strategy teams to shape solutions.
• Prepares business cases, opportunity briefings, and pipeline updates for leadership.
• Travel up to 25% to support customer engagements and industry events.
