CAE USA Inc. seeks a Business Development Manager II to support CAE’s Defense and Security Military Training and Simulation portfolio. You will identify, qualify, and advance opportunities by developing customer relationships and analyzing market conditions to shape winning solutions.

The role collaborates with capture, program, engineering, strategy, finance, contracts, and other teams to position CAE for growth. US citizenship is required; travel up to 25% may be needed.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, national security, international relations, or another applicable field.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills, with the ability to engage diverse stakeholders.
• Proven ability to identify, qualify, and advance opportunities within defense or government settings.

• Develops business opportunities within assigned portfolios and market segments.
• Establishes relationships with government customers, military leaders, and industry partners.
• Prepares compelling business cases, opportunity briefs, and pipeline updates for leadership review.
• Collaborates across program, engineering, strategy, finance, and contracts to shape solutions.
• Supports capture and proposal activities and participates in color-team reviews.
