CAE USA Inc. is seeking a Business Development Manager II to drive new business growth within CAE’s Defense and Security Military Training and Simulation portfolio.

The role focuses on identifying and qualifying opportunities, building relationships with government customers, and shaping solutions aligned with customer priorities. Collaborate with capture, program, engineering, and strategy teams to develop growth strategies, budget analyses, and competitive positioning.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant field (business/engineering/national security/IR).
• 2-3 years minimum in BD, capture, program management, or defense gov’t work.

Responsabilidades

• Develops and executes business development plans within an assigned portfolio.
• Establishes relationships with government customers and industry partners.
• Translates customer priorities into actionable growth strategies and solutions.
• Supports capture and proposal activities with customer insight and competitive intelligence.
• Coordinates with cross-functional teams to position CAE for future opportunities.
