Silvus Technologies, a Motorola Solutions subsidiary, seeks a Business Development Engineer, US Air Force, to bridge radio frequency capabilities with DoD customer requirements.

You will collaborate with engineering and business development to support Air Force acquisition stakeholders and demonstrate the interoperability of our StreamCaster MANET radios across airborne, ground, and expeditionary environments.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree with 2–5 years in systems engineering, technical business development, or defense tech; OR HS Diploma with 5+ years relevant experience.
• Exposure to SDRs, IP-based routing, or tactical communication systems.
• Basic familiarity with RF test equipment.
• Active U.S. Government SECRET clearance or ability to obtain within 15 months.
• Must be a U.S. Citizen due to government contracts.
• Background check and drug test required.

Mansioni

• Analyze US Air Force priorities and map requirements to tactical radio solutions.
• Support technical planning, network configuration, and field trials.
• Collaborate with the Applications Engineering team to verify architectures.
• Maintain alignment with the BD team and assist in technical demonstrations.
• Contribute to RFI/RFP responses and market research.
• Engage with Air Force program leads and translate field feedback into roadmap inputs.
