You will oversee a dispersed workforce, guide program Directors, and drive growth through innovative solutions while managing risk and sustaining high performance.

Located in Washington, D.C., this executive role requires DoW clearance, US citizenship, and a track record of leading large, complex defense operations

Qualifications

• Active DoW Secret security clearance.
• U.S. citizenship.
• Master's degree or Bachelor's with 5+ years of related experience.
• 12 years of leadership in DoW programs with P&L, revenue, and customer engagement.
• Proven ability to lead large, complex organizations and deliver operational excellence.
• Strong strategic planning, business development and customer relationship management experience.
• Willingness to travel up to 25%.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic growth and operational performance of a DoW portfolio with $150M+ revenue and ~400 employees worldwide.
• Provide executive leadership to Directors responsible for Navy Acquisition, Modernization, and In-Service Maintenance programs.
• Establish and execute strategies and operational priorities to drive growth and customer satisfaction.
• Maintain accountability for portfolio financial performance, forecasting, and cost management.
• Drive development of technology-enabled solutions addressing diverse mission areas and contract vehicles.
• Engage senior government stakeholders and industry partners to strengthen relationships and growth opportunities.
• Spearhead business development, pipeline expansion, and organic growth across the DoW market.
• Develop workforce, talent, and succession plans for organizational effectiveness.
• Lead organizational change and continuous improvement to meet evolving requirements.
• Manage risks across operations, contracts, and programs while upholding high standards.
• Collaborate with executive leadership on objectives and strategies aligned with Serco's vision.
