Qualifications

• Active DoW Secret security clearance required.
• Bachelor's degree with 5+ years of relevant experience or Master's degree in a related field.
• 12+ years of progressively responsible leadership experience in DoW programs.
• Proven ability to lead large, complex organizations and deliver operational excellence.
• Strong strategic planning, business development, and customer relationship management experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic growth and operational performance of the DoW portfolio (> $150M revenue) with ~400 employees worldwide.
• Provide executive leadership to directors responsible for Navy acquisition, modernization, and maintenance programs.
• Set and execute objectives and strategies to drive growth and customer satisfaction.
• Oversee portfolio financial performance including revenue, profitability, forecasting, and cost management.
• Develop technology-enabled solutions and strengthen senior government relationships.
