Job summary

S3,Inc seeks a VP of Strategic Growth to guide corporate growth across DoW services, including technical, programmatic, logistics, and aviation training. The role oversees growth targets, waterfall processes, and bid/no-bid reviews, reporting to the CEO as a senior executive. Requires 20+ years DoW growth experience and TS clearance preferred.

Shared duties include developing strategy, managing budgets, and coordinating with subsidiaries to expand opportunities with U.S. government customers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree plus extensive DoW growth experience.
• 15 years in federal contract capture management.
• 10 years as a DOW technical services contract capture manager.
• Experience leading a proposal team and winning a federal contract over $200M.
• Top Secret clearance preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develops new business opportunities in support of the Strategic Business Plan.
• Prepares 3-year Strategic Business Plan for CEO approval.
• Monitors the Life Cycle Management database and supports New Business packages.
• Leads major capture plans as agreed with CEO and leadership.
• Manages proposals and coordinates with Publications Department.
• Develops corporate contact plans and executive-level messaging.
