Sigma Defense is seeking a Program Manager to lead the execution of a large, complex support-services program within the Surface Radars, Electronic Warfare, EO/IR, Decoys, and Laser Systems portfolio for a Department of War customer.

The role requires full lifecycle program management with cost, schedule, performance, subcontractor oversight, risk management, and customer engagement, and onsite work in Washington, D.C., with a Secret clearance.

Qualifications

• U.S. citizen eligible for a Secret clearance.
• Experience managing large defense acquisition programs (ACAT I-IV).

Responsibilities

• Lead full lifecycle program management for a large defense support services contract.
• Oversee cost, schedule, performance, and subcontractor management.
• Engage with government stakeholders to ensure contractual requirements are met.
