Job summary

Salesforce.com, inc. seeks a solutions engineer to operate across DoW ecosystems, engaging with program offices and defense contractors. You will architect cloud solutions, build POCs, and drive adoption of agentic AI within a secure, compliant framework.

You will run discovery, prototype agentic workflows, and articulate security posture to evaluators while contributing to RFI/RFP responses and cross‑functional pursuit strategy.

Qualifications

• Seven plus years as a Solution or Sales Engineer in enterprise SaaS or DoD‑adjacent domains.
• Hands‑on experience prototyping agentic workflows with Agentforce and Salesforce data tools.
• Fluent in AI concepts including LLMs, RAG, grounding, and governance for mission environments.
• Strong discovery, MVP scoping, and feasible architecture activation planning.
• Familiar with DoD compliance frameworks and security posture articulation.
• Excellent written and verbal communication across technical and non‑technical audiences.

Responsibilities

• Engage DoW customers to understand mission requirements and tech environments.
• Map requirements to Salesforce portfolio including Gov Cloud Plus Defense.
• Design and deliver demos and POCs for DoW use cases (HR, logistics, acquisitions).
• Architect Agentforce solutions with agentic workflows and production readiness.
• Articulate security posture to evaluators, ISSOs, and program offices.
• Support RFI/RFP responses with technical content and diagrams.
• Collaborate with Account Execs and Capture Managers in team selling.
• Create reusable POC assets and playbooks to scale delivery.
• Provide Voice of the Customer insights to Product and Marketing.
