Salesforce.com, inc. is seeking a Senior SE to operate across the DoW ecosystem, engaging with military program offices and defense contractors.

Qualifications

• 7+ years as a Solution or Sales Engineer for a CRM, enterprise SaaS, or mission IT company with DoW/defense customers preferred.
• Hands-on with Agentforce, Data Cloud, and Salesforce Platform builder; prototype agentic workflows, automation, and data pipelines from scratch.
• Practical AI fluency: working knowledge of LLMs, RAG/grounding, agentic system design, and production behavior including safety and governance for DoW.
• Deep discovery and MVP scoping: define agentic use cases, success criteria, and feasible architecture/activation plan.
• Familiarity with DoW compliance frameworks.
• Strong written, verbal, and whiteboard communication: engage from developer to C-suite and from evaluator to COTR.
• U.S. citizenship; ability to obtain a DoW security clearance; willingness to travel domestically.

Responsibilities

• Engage directly with DoW customers to understand mission requirements and technical environment.
• Map requirements to Salesforce portfolio and design tailored demos/POCs for DoW use cases.
• Architect and prototype Agentforce solutions for DoW environments including agentic workflows and grounding patterns.
• Articulate Salesforce security posture—DoW IL2/IL4/IL5, data sovereignty, cloud security to evaluators and program offices.
• Support RFI/RFP responses with technical content, demos, and architecture docs.
• Collaborate with Account Executives and Capture Managers in a team-selling environment to support pipeline.
• Build reusable POC assets, playbooks, and best-practice guides to scale delivery.
• Inform Product messaging with Voice of the Customer insights.
