Journal Technologies, headquartered in Los Angeles, seeks a Head of the Defender Business Unit to lead strategic direction and cross-functional execution across Sales, Product, Professional Services, Support, and Customer Engagement.

You will partner with the CEO to drive growth, improve profitability, and deliver exceptional customer outcomes while fostering an agile, collaborative culture across the Defender unit.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Public Administration, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field.
• MBA or equivalent business leadership experience preferred.
• Progressive leadership experience in enterprise software, justice technology, or related government tech.
• Experience leading a business unit with accountability for performance and growth.
• Experience balancing customer needs, operations, and financials; cross-functional influence.

Aufgaben

• Own Defender BU profitability, revenue growth, customer satisfaction, and operational performance.
• Develop and execute the Defender BU strategy with the CEO.
• Lead Product, Customer Lifecycle, and Customer Growth Scrum teams to achieve BU objectives.
• Drive continuous improvement and product-led implementations across the BU.
• Build executive relationships with customers and drive strategic accounts.
