Responsibilities

• Build from zero by defining structure for unowned problems and data gaps.
• Root-cause first: diagnose, segment data, isolate root causes, then recommend.
• Communicate verdicts clearly to executives and avoid noise.
• Create lasting artifacts (tracker, scorecard, playbook) that guide the org.
• Fix root causes, not symptoms, to prevent repeating issues.
• Manage multiple high-stakes threads in parallel without dropping work.
• Chase blockers by naming owners and next steps.
