The role emphasizes leadership in merchandising, pricing, and store operations, with certification requirements and ongoing coaching to elevate customer experience at our Minnesota location.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1 year of customer service/sales experience or equivalent.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet every customer in a helpful and courteous manner.
• Assist customers with product questions and selections.
• Process customers at checkout using the POS system and handle refunds/exchanges per policy.
• Complete product specialist certification courses and maintain knowledge of merchandise.
• Demonstrate merchandise placement, pricing, and department organization.
• Provide and lead 'how-to' classes for customers and communicate SOPs to associates.
