Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead and train Product Sales Specialists to deliver exceptional service.
• Greet customers and assist with product questions and selections.
• Process transactions at the POS and handle refunds/exchanges per guidelines.
• Stock and price merchandise, create price tags and signs.
• Communicate SOP updates to associates in a timely manner.
