This position involves directing certification courses, managing checkout processes, and coordinating inventory with management to maintain a top-quality shopping environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1 year of customer service/sales experience required or equivalent.
• Excellent communication skills (verbal & written).
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Train and develop Product Sales Specialists.
• Ensure a positive shopping experience with excellent customer service and product information.
• Oversee merchandising, pricing and department organization.
• Direct and assist processing of merchandise to showroom floor.
• Greet customers and assist with product questions and selections.
• Process check-outs using the POS system and handle refunds/exchanges.
• Coordinate inventory needs and communicate changes to management.
• Complete product specialist certification courses.
