Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Act in line with the company’s core values.
• Demonstrate safe lifting practices and SOPs.
• Drive and teach the company philosophy around basic retail P’s.
• Oversee merchandizing, pricing, and department organization.
• Provide direction to product sales specialists for high-quality service.
• Complete product specialist certification courses.
• Understand merchandise and installation.
• Assist customers with product questions and selections.
• Process checkouts and refunds per guidelines.
