The University of the Incarnate Word is seeking a Student Office Assistant to support the School of Mathematics, Science, and Engineering Dean's Office. The role reports to the Administrative Assistant to the Dean and is funded by the Federal Work-Study program.
This part-time, on-campus position requires strong communication, confidentiality, and teamwork. Training is provided, and UIW students eligible for Work-Study are encouraged to apply.

The Student Office Assistant assists in the daily operations of the School of Mathematics, Science, and Engineering Dean's Office. The Student Office Assistant reports to the Administrative Assistant to the Dean.
This position is funded by the Federal Work-Study program and is open to UIW students who are approved and eligible to participate in the Federal Work-Study Program.

No previous work experience required; training is available.
Working knowledge in the use of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
