Job summary

Qualifications

• 3+ years of teaching experience with evidence of outstanding student growth.
• Demonstrated instructional coaching capabilities that contribute to teacher growth and development.
• Strong content knowledge across multiple gradespans or content areas.

Responsibilities

• Lead data-driven instruction through IA scoring, analysis, and action plans.
• Conduct daily observations and provide real-time feedback to teachers.
• Plan and deliver professional development across the school or network.
• Collaborate with the Principal to coach ILs and lead IL Team Meetings.
• Support school-wide data response curricula and network initiatives.
