Qualifications

• 3+ years of teaching experience with evidence of growth and achievement.
• Demonstrated instructional coaching capabilities.
• Strong content knowledge across grades or content areas.
• Experience creating academic systems and teacher development systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead data-driven instruction with analysis of student work and IA processes.
• Provide real-time feedback to teachers and support mid-year reviews.
• Plan and deliver high-quality professional development across school, region, or network.
• Coach ILs and lead IL Team Meetings to set high-leverage goals.
• Support network or regional instructional initiatives and curriculum development.
