Uncommon Schools seeks a Dean of Curriculum & Instruction to lead data-driven instruction and support teachers and instructional leaders across Boston-based schools. The role works with Principals and network DCIs to drive student achievement and teacher development.

The DCI will oversee data analysis cycles, plan high-quality PD, and build scalable academic systems aligned with Uncommon’s mission and curricular framework.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to analyze data to inform instruction and drive school improvement.
• Experience conducting and leading coaching cycles for teachers and ILs.
• Strong background in designing and delivering professional development.

Responsibilities

• Lead data analysis meetings and develop action plans to improve student outcomes.
• Coach and develop teachers and instructional leaders.
